A - Shipping costs are calculated according to weight and are valid in Italy and in foreign countries according to the list below:

B - The shipping costs indicated in this section can also be obtained from the product purchase summary page during the order completion phase.

Delivery of the goods

A - The products ordered under this contract will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer as the delivery address on the order.
B - The ordered goods may be shipped within normal management times which may be extended within acceptable times if the product is temporarily unavailable, in any case no later than 30 (thirty) days from the day following that on which the Buyer has sent the 'order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
C - The Purchaser may withdraw from an order by communicating his will to MATTONCINI PRATO DI MARCO CANCELLIERI prior to the shipment only for non-personalized goods.
D - The shipped products will be checked and delivered to the courier without defects. MATTONCINI PRATO DI MARCO CANCELLIERI will not be responsible for damages and will not be able to undertake the replacement or repair unless indicated at the time of acceptance of the shipment, by placing the dispute on the courier's bulletin (the one that will remain in the possession of the delivery man) the words "Packing damaged - I accept subject to checking the content ". The dispute must be immediately reported to the delivery boy and communicated to the following corporate email address, info@mattonciniprato.com, and to the headquarters of the Courier in the area of competence.
E - If the shipping costs are greater than what is indicated on the order summary page, usually due to shipments to disadvantaged locations (both domestic and foreign) or for larger packages (weight / volume ratio), MATTONCINI PRATO DI MARCO CANCELLIERI will provide to contact the Purchaser promptly by informing him of any additional transport charges.
F - MATTONCINI PRATO DI MARCO CANCELLIERI reserves the right to vary the courier chosen when completing the order, especially in relation to what is indicated in point E. This procedure will be implemented whenever MATTONCINI PRATO DI MARCO CANCELLIERI believes that the transport costs indicated on the order summary page, are not aligned with the normal rates of the chosen couriers.

Disclaimer

A - MATTONCINI PRATO DI MARCO CANCELLIERI does not assume any responsibility for disservices attributable due to force majeure in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the times provided for in the contract. MATTONCINI PRATO DI MARCO CANCELLIERI will also not be liable for damages, costs and losses suffered by the Purchaser following the failure to execute the contract for reasons not attributable to him, having the Purchaser entitled only to the full refund of the price paid and any ancillary charges incurred.
B - MATTONCINI PRATO DI MARCO CANCELLIERI assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent and illegal use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, checks and other means of payment, upon payment of the purchased Products, if it proves having taken all possible precautions on the basis of the best science and experience of the moment and on the basis of ordinary diligence.
C - In no case can the Purchaser be held responsible for delays or misunderstandings in payment if he proves that he has made the payment in the times and ways indicated by MATTONCINI PRATO DI MARCO CANCELLIERI (in this regard, refer to the Payment Methods section).

Right of withdrawal

A - The Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 10 working days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased good, with the exclusion of personalized items according to specific request with initials, name , name and surname, other terms on specific request of the Buyer. These items remain the property of the Buyer and will not be refunded.
B - The withdrawal can be exercised, within the term referred to in the previous paragraph, by returning the purchased products, subject to the necessary activation of the return procedure by contacting MATTONCINI PRATO DI MARCO CANCELLIERI through the e-mail address info@mattonciniprato.com.
C - The return of the products must however take place at the latest within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the goods. In any case, to be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, the products must be returned intact and in a normal state of conservation, including boxes, envelopes and packaging of all kinds, with the only exception of the shipping neck of the returned order, be it total or partial.
D - The only costs payable by the Buyer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the products to MATTONCINI PRATO DI MARCO CANCELLIERI
E - MATTONCINI PRATO DI MARCO CANCELLIERI will reimburse the amount paid for the returned goods free of charge within 30 (thirty) days from the communication of withdrawal.
F -With the receipt of the communication with which the Purchaser communicates the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Parties to this contract are released from their mutual obligations, without prejudice to the provisions of the previous points of this article and in particular of point A.

Termination of the contract and express termination clause

A - The obligations assumed by the Purchaser and indicated in the Stipulation section of the Contract, as well as the guarantee of the successful completion of the payment that the Purchaser must make, are of an essential nature, so that by express agreement, the Purchaser's default of only one of these obligations will determine the legal termination of the contract pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, without the need for a judicial decision, without prejudice to the right for the Company to take legal action for compensation for further damage.
